Event Description:

This weekend will bring an extraordinary experience featuring 2024 James Beard Award nominated and renowned chocolatier, Phillip Ashley Rix, whose expertise lies in luxury chocolate design. The culinary theme for the weekend is Telling Your Story Through Chocolate, where Chef Phillip Ashley will guide guests through a unique exploration of chocolate’s role in storytelling. Guests will participate in special tastings, hands-on cooking experiences, and group meals, with a focus on luxury chocolate pairings and creations.

$500/person – Event Activity Fee Sold Separately from Room.

Phillip Ashley Rix is a renowned luxury chocolatier, celebrated for his exceptional craftsmanship and creativity in chocolate design. His work has earned him international recognition, making him the go-to chocolatier for high-profile clients, top corporations, and major events. Phillip Ashley has curated premium gifts and experiences for prestigious occasions such as the Emmys, Grammys, and Oscars. In 2020, he was featured in Oprah Winfrey’s Favorite Things and has hosted events at the James Beard House. Additionally, he was a finalist on Food Network’s Chopped Sweets and has been recognized by Forbes as a real-life “Willy Wonka.” He is also the official chocolatier for Cadillac and was nominated for a James Beard Award in 2024.
