To kick off a year of incredible food and wine experiences, Great Oak Manor is thrilled to welcome celebrated Sommelier Haley Moore and award-winning Chef Anthony Wells. Guests will be led through special tastings and group meals, with Haley sharing her expertise in expertly pairing wines with dishes crafted by Chef Wells and the Culinary team. This extraordinary collaboration promises a delightful fusion of flavors, making it a must-attend event for food and wine enthusiasts.

Haley Moore is the Founder of Acquire, a San Francisco-based company specializing in wine experiences, private cellar management, and beverage consulting for restaurants. With 15 years as a Sommelier and Wine Director, she’s held roles at bacar, Spruce, and Stock & Bones, and now consults for Empress by Boon. A Certified Sommelier, Haley is completing her WSET Diploma and plans to pursue the Master of Wine. She’s been featured in MarketWatch, Forbes, and Wine Enthusiast, and was named one of Restaurant Hospitality’s ‘Top 30 under 30’ in 2008.
