Chef Jerome Grant, Executive Chef at Jackie, will take guests on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey blending the flavors of Asia and Montego Bay. Chef Grant will guide attendees through a fusion of Asian and Jamaican cuisine during group meals, hands-on cooking experiences, and demonstrations.

James Beard-nominated Chef Jerome Grant is renowned for his ability to blend global flavors with deep cultural storytelling. As the Executive Chef at Jackie in Washington, D.C., and the inaugural Executive Chef of Sweet Home Café at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, he has showcased culinary narratives that honor history and heritage. He also led at the Mitsitam Café at the National Museum of the American Indian, further deepening his exploration of Indigenous and diasporic cuisines.

Born in the Philippines and raised between his mother’s Filipino kitchen and his father’s Jamaican roots in Philadelphia, Chef Jerome infuses his cuisine with bold, cross-cultural influences.
